We now offer notary signing agent services and can receive documents via email, fax, or via mail to be notarized and will meet with the borrower for the signing appointment at a convenient time and place.   During the appointment, funding conditions and income documents are collected for mailing back with the loan documents.

We can travel to the borrower's home, place of employment, or meet at an agreed upon location or whenever is convienient with your customer. Whether the signing location is in a rural or metropolitan location, we will uphold the highest standards and perform outstanding service in a timely fashion.

The Process At A Glance:

• You contact us to schedule an appointment/determine fee
• You overnight / email your docs to us (email preferred)
• We confirm appointment with borrower and schedule date/time/place
• We meet with borrower and get all documents signed / notarized
• We return your documents via overnight courier (FedEx, Airborne, UPS, USPS)
